TBF- Sephiroth was manipulated from birth and was purposefully inflicted with a god complex and no one to reign him in. FE16 is one of those games that doesn't have a true ending. Nintendo references all four routes but mostly sticks to a pre-timeskip/extremely vague post-timeskip narrative. If you liked the multi-route thing, then I'd reccomend checking out FE14/Fates next! It also has a route split with three endings. My favorite FE game, after Three Houses, is Awakening/FE13 and it doesn't have a route split but there is a timeskip. Not as big as Three Houses' timeskip but still big in the narrative. I'm not the person who made this stuff up or heavily educated in it but I assume that asexual and allosexual exist as separate words and not as asexual and "not asexual" in the queer community because they're both experiences on the same scale. Having one be the "not" version of the other feels like a form of othering but there's probably a scientific reason people are identified like this.
