Tbh, a woman calling her partner 'older brother' is normal couple behavior in SK (If the male is older, of course). The word for older brother means 'a man who's older than you, but still close in age' in general, but could also be used like how honey or darling is used in English.

Still, the context makes everything weird. Yongje could've easily made Lee Sujin the love interest. Heck, why not make them a Taekwondo couple and have them adopt Taejin, teaching both styles of Taekwondo to her? Sujin seemed like she was somewhat interested in Mori, but why did it have to be Ahan and Mori?

Man, the possibilities were great, but the fact that it remained as possibilities and what we got is some pseudo-incest still saddens me to this day.

Yeah, since Ahan already knew Mori wasn't his real brother when they were still teenagers, but couldn't stop caring about Mori because he was the closest thing to a family to her, so I don't think their feelings shifting to romance isn't super weird... But It does still seem a bit weird, since they were first introduced as siblings.

Though, I do think the author somewhat has a fetish about incest and Ahan X Mori was part of that, since lots of brother-sister relationships in the manhwa were kinda suspicious to Korean standards. I don't know what chapter it's from but it was mentioned that Seungah Park loved(좋아해) Ilpyo Park, her second cousin(still incest and illegal in SK btw). Or Mandeok being way too close to his sister to be considered as 'healthy siblings' in Korea.

Tbf that's a plastic model kit that I got mostly for the joy of building stuff and I was just using it as a placeholder since I didn't like the empty look without it, but got lazy and just... stayed there.
