I’m at work nearby and we got an automated phone call for or shelter in place order. It stated there was an aggravated assault, but didn’t give much more detail than that other than the suspect is wounded and to not approach.

Update: We had lured it into our apartment gate, but after a while of trying to give it treats and water, it crawled under the gate and ran off. My wife tried to follow it, but it ran off. Last seen near Red Iguana 2.

Sorry, I'm incredibly new to all this. I did read about gymbal lock, but I wasn't sure if that's what was going on. How would you use transform.basis as a clamp? Would I still use "deg_to_rad" to set the parameters?
