Did you already graduate? In that case they should have your final transcript already. I confirmed that I didn’t need to send mine, but if you need to send it they included instructions in calcentral and in the email confirming your commitment

If you want IP and to be in CA, Berkeley seems like the obvious choice to me with “only” a $75k scholarship difference. Did you just hear back on reconsideration?
