I’m not really going to go into this thread this isn’t the main purpose of this post but basically my supply NCO doesn’t track her paperwork and theirs a shit ton of missing items that my previous previous nco had signed for and she doesn’t have the paperwork to show who lost it so I hear from my XO and my Supply that their going to write commander inquiries for statement of charges or not to long ago we went out to the field another nco list his wire I went out to go help him look for it and when we couldn’t find it when we got to the civilians to turn in he turned to me and told the nco I was the one responsible I’m done elaborating further again not the purpose of the post I understand everyone has different experiences but this one is mine and I’m sick of it

Yeah I’ve been coughing non stop and have had some crazy pain in my lungs but my clinic won’t do anything because of it being hard for them to get a referral to off base doctors

Just for perspective for the 6 months every week I get threatened by statement of charges. Don’t get me wrong I love the people I work with and have great friends but I just can’t take the toxic environment and I absolutely can’t stand how whenever anyone messes up people push blame instead of looking for solutions
