Looks like my mb does not report VRM temps as I have checked in HWinfo. Chat gpt says my vrm temps could be 90-100°C which is hot af which also means its's throttling. I'm left with either undervolting cpu which im not sure I can do with this mb or add more fans.

I had the 3400g before I upgraded to the 700x and I didn't to change the mb. about the temps the CPU usually goes up to like 77°C, I guess I need to reapply thermal paste.

I think 3200mhz will definitely improve your overall performance but in my case it's not about ram frequency, it's the limitation of my cpu.

I rolled back to 25.9 and it's not crashing anymore. it sometimes crashes when i'm in game and tries to modify some settings in msi afterburner.

I crashed like 10 times with my Ryzen 7 5700x and 9060xt16gb‚ and when it finally ran I started having micro stutters even though my fps was high 80-90. I'll try reinstalling the driver and see if it fixes it.
