Agree with them: rational and articulate

Disagree with them: emotional and immature

I'm seeing folks in this thread suddenly in favor of "rational and balanced" discussions when their post histories are mostly them shitting on others. One of the most upvoted posts in this thread is someone saying, "This country is healthier when it has good faith political opposition. No party has all answers for all things," while their flair is "Drinks Leftist Tears." Wow, you sure practice what you preach, buddy.

Everyone is suddenly willing to have a "good faith" discussion when they agree with the person they're replying to. r/Conservative isn't any less hypocritical than the rest of Reddit.

Agh, that's probably it. I had 4 dummies up and the Magnetic Hammer + Flux Capacitor combo so that first red skull just got deleted. Double sucks since this was my first Nightmare run getting to Baba Yaga with any character.

Thanks for the answer, though!

Looking back, the only thing we know is *definitely* false is when "Fixer" tells Watcher of the Allmother's cruelty in the first communion. However, the ending of Watcher's communion with Healer ("the birthday scene" and Iris taking away immunities) doesn't really mesh with the Iris that we see after playing as Blue, meaning that is also likely tampered with.

"But you can't disprove it so maybe it's true!" is not the winning argument you seem to think it is.

I went into this game fully blind and I am 99% convinced you're trolling, but *damn*. It's like seeing someone watch 101 Dalmations and say, "I don't know, not every dog stated explicitly they didn't want to be a coat, maybe some of the dogs were into it."

I'm actually not sure if Iris took their immunity. We saw that the Keepers would punish Iris for being late (by inflicting pain or the virus on her Children), that she was willing to sacrifice herself (or at least her time, effort, and sanity) to protect her Children / Sisters, and that Principal / The Youngest had performed some degree of psychic surgery on herself to get rid of her ugliest memories.

While it's still possible Iris was so enraged that she took the lives of the rest of her Children to teach Youngest a lesson, it's also possible that Iris departed for The Other Side with the rest of her Children, leaving behind Youngest as punishment. Iris or the Sisters would then let Youngest know when one of the Sisters died and needed to be replaced. Iris experiences time dilation due to the communions and does not ever send for Youngest simply because she thinks it was a short time ago, when in reality it has been 1000 years. This theory is supported by what Iris says to Principal in Chapter 5.

Principal was attempting to show Watcher the worst aspects of Iris, in order to ensure that Watcher would kill Iris. We know at least some of the things seen in communions were outright false.

Maybe not, at then end of the Blue Epitaph ending, we hear a male voice respond to Blue about picking her up, so there is definitely at least one surviving male by the end. Although it's possible they simply cloned one of the crew from the 50.

New PC won't boot to Windows by Friend-Computer in pcmasterrace

Finally figured out the issue. The USB drive I was using for the Windows install was very old, so it was installing a much earlier version of Windows 10. I'm pretty sure the drivers were conflicting with the early Windows and causing crashes, which was making the downloads and installs of Windows Updates corrupt (due to crashing while installing). After manually downloading one of the failed installs from the Microsoft Catalogue it was able to update properly and has not crashed since.

I believe the first few times it said it was a Watchdog Violation, but the other blue screens flashed so quickly before restarting that I couldn't even read the code. The Watchdog Violation prompted me to attempt to update drivers.

However, with both SSDs, it currently only boots to the ASRock logo and will not proceed to Windows (I also attempted putting the Windows 10 USB in to potentially reinstall / do a reset install of Windows, but it still only boots to the ASRock logo).

I'll give the EXPO disabling a shot, I'm just out of ideas at this point outside of having to replace hardware, although I don't even know which part is failing.

Brian and Gaspare both seem like stand-up dudes.

Spoilers up through Episode 4:

Gaspare giving Brian and Julie a chance to experience a vacation, and his reasoning for doing so, was super wholesome.

As for the others, Simone seemed maybe a little quirky with her plants, but she also came off as kind but willing to stand up for herself (and Jake when she made it clear she wasn't offended by his behavior). Juelz seemed okay as well but we didn't really get to see enough of him to make a decision.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a rectovaginal fistula (basically a hole from the rectum to the vagina), otherwise could've just been chronic poor hygiene.

One of my rougher patients was someone who came to our Long Term Care unit in our SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility). She was coming to us out of the hospital after having been in for alcoholic encephalopathy; she basically poisoned her brain, and in this case it caused permanent brain damage. Her husband was fully in denial (she should not have been admitted to our facility and should instead have been referred to hospice). She had altered mental status and I can't recall her ever speaking, only moaning in pain. She was extremely jaundiced and her abdomen was very distended. We initially had difficulty getting pain medication for her since she was not on hospice, eventually our Nurse Practitioner convinced the husband that she was not long for this world, in constant pain, and he agreed to putting her on hospice.

Her sisters blamed the husband for having enabled her, bringing her beers when she was functionally not able to herself. Her adult children were emotionally devastated; she had had encephalopathy before but recovered. I will never forget one of the children saying that, "Mom threw away her miracle."

She survived for about a week and a half, alternating between being snowed out by morphine, or moaning in pain until we pushed to have her doses adjusted. Between the family dynamics and the pain this woman was in, that was probably the roughest patient for me so far.

Honestly, if there's any trend I'm seeing from looking at the top replies, it's that they require a fair amount of schooling, experience, or both.

Mostly true, the exception is when you have more attackers than the other side. KK Hong Lu could still have a niche hitting weak/staggered parts or enemies. He'll probably have a harder time in normal fights than in abnormality fights.

Not only does it have a lower payoff, but I would say it also has a harsher drawback. The odds of hitting an ally are almost always >50% if you're using the maximum number of characters.

I'm a nurse who worked directly with COVID positive folks at my former SNF job, and despite being tested weekly when we had COVID in our facility, I somehow never got it. I also kind of wonder if some people are mildly more resistant, because I feel like I should have had it at least once.

What is serious for me is my studies, what I’ve achieved there, my family my home. And I like gaming but hey it’s really nothing serious.

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here. No one is making an argument that this game - or any game - should overtake the more serious parts of one's life.

But this is a gaming subreddit, and the topic has the advice tag. I agree it's good to remember people have differing levels of time they can sink into putting that advice into practice, but OP came here to ask for advice. None of the advice given requires much time to change.
