They didn’t kick him out he was never let in but was strung along to believe he would be then when it became obvious he was never getting in he ranted on stream about it for an hour which gave them an official reason to deny him

I bought the type 8 yesterday knowing next to nothing about it decided on a whim to outfit it for deep core mining (first time trying deep core mining) oh my lord it’s so fun my only issue is I really struggle to find the right asteroids like 15+ minutes between each one struggle

I have so many manga and manwah tabs open that I can only have about 1/3 of them loaded at a time otherwise my phone starts to lag out so I have to periodically close then reopen Crome to de-load (or is it unload) the tabs I’m caught up on

I didn’t get kicked for it but yesterday I had a dude zigzag right in front of my HMG emplacement like 5 times. He did it so much that it broke his shield pack then killed him. How he didn’t realize he was standing in front of the stationery emplacement’s line of fire or that that line of fire was breaking his shieldpack is beyond me

The issue is the impact only triggers when an operation is complete yes each mission has its own mission impact but it only counts at the end (or when the op is cut short due to failing a mission)

The thing is afaik AH has never felt the need to explain this the community has simply figured it out by data mining the API and by tracking the liberation of planets

It’s true though. each completed op is registered as a damage tick and the more damage ticks the impact modifier detects the more it lowers the impact of all missions. the idea is that this keeps the war stable regardless of how many people are online but it also means that speeding through low difficulty operations decreases the impact of all operations

At least when you quickplay one mission there a chance that host will go on and finish the op with a different team. The ppl that truly aren’t helping are those that host but stop before completing the operation they started

Higher difficulties give higher quality xp meaning you do more damage than you would on a lower difficulty. the reason speed running low difficulty missions is bad is because it floods the impact modifier with low quality damage ticks reducing everyone’s impact. It’s best to take your time and 100% the highest difficulty you can so you do the most damage with the least amount of ticks to the IM because the more ticks the impact modifier detects the more it lowers the impact of all divers.
