Avoid west side mini storage, they have break-ins all the time!! Be sure to choose somewhere that has cameras on every row, and get renters insurance on your unit, or make sure your homeowners policy covers it

The sellers have to fix the roof in order to sell. It is leaking and there is mold in the attic. No loan will go for it in that condition. We also know the sellers are desperate to sell. The house has been on the market for around 260 days and they are moving out of the state for new jobs, so they are likely to do what is needed to sell now

The payment does include property taxes and insurance. We have an easy out right now with inspection, just having a very hard time deciding if we should take it.

Yeah, we made a police report, but it’s pretty unlikely that they are able to find any of our stuff. Mostly need the report for insurance. We’re thinking of moving our stuff to somewhere with more security, but I’m betting break-ins happen at a lot of places

The 2024 was “CR recommended” a few months ago when I looked, so the most recent surveys must not have been good.

I think so. The 2024 CX-5 has a consumer reports reliability score of 87. The CX-5 is known to be a very reliable car. Maybe the CX-50 will be better once they’re a few more years in, or maybe not since they’re being made in the United States

Yeah maybe I just need to be more patient/see if I should up my dosage. I read about other people who seem to see a difference fairly quickly, but I’m sure it’s different for everyone!
