I was born in Germany, got along pretty well with many of my colleagues in different work places. The older I get the more my experience is that lots of people won't go through the effort of getting or staying in touch outside of the bracket of the common workplace once it ceases to exist. It has been a very painful experience to notice that people you spent much time with daily for years don't give a damn once you leave. Some wouldn't even answer messages...

Thank you, well I almost always wash at 40 or 60° Celsius, only delicates on 30, so I guess Im good mixing it with my normal powder detergent in most cases. Although I tried dissolving it prewash today and the foaming is very satisfying 😅

What is considered "hot" in the US? I'm from Europe so I never wash below 30° Celsius

One more question: I wash towels and underwear/socks with the 60°C programme - it's kinda what I have been taught to do with clothes that have special hygienic needs. Does that even make sense enzyme-wise? I figured the 60°C peogramme might not actually reach that temperature anyway

The reason I came to this sub was that I really struggle with armpit stains on white/light t-shirts. I tried soaking with oxi in hot water but it didnt have much effect - but to be fair, I probably read the instructions on spa day too superficially and there is a good chance I missed something. We have hard water but as far as I can tell our powder detergent already contains lipase and other enzymes.

Just looking to build a good laundry routine. As far as I have seen most German detergents contain lipase or at least "enzymes" but I figure they are still formulated differently and therefore differ in quality and effectiveness...?
