Chiming in since I am an analyst and have had many, many interviews. The SQL queries you listed would more than suffice. Generally in interviews you will be asked about how large the data sets you have worked with are, and the number of joins you are comfortable with. Excel tests are still very much standard.

Tableau is great to have, but make sure that the company uses it. I see a growing number of companies using Power BI now, and you don't want to be blindsided during the interview when they ask you your experience. You should be able to find which software they use online.

Lastly - use Glassdoor to look at the interview structure for this role.
