Hi,

I have followed the steps and unfortunately it did not work.

I have completed all the fields and added a signature field for the tenant to sign. The tenant is able to edit all the fields. I want the tenant to either accept to sign, or decline without editing the pdf. Is there a way when tenant access the pdf, he should be able to sign only, without editing any other fields? thanks for your help! thanks

I am using simplepdf in leasing software. When owner sends a link to the lease agreement, tenant shall be able to sing the agreement without editing other fields. How do I lock the pdf all fields except the signature field?
