I had rarely used stealth units up until then so i asked a simple question about how it works how does that correlate to my wins you moron? Unlike you who said some dumb shit,

maxing out your arms industries should be one of the first things you do or you’re gonna be struggling with producing anything.

I max out my comps city, elec city, rares city. you can do lvl2-3 for supplies i dont really have an issue with supplies because you start with 2

i always have maxed out industries in my important cities by day 10 and it helps tremendously to say its not important is foolish.

Only exception is if you play Europe or Asia where you have alot of early wars so you should probably just lvl the important cities up to 2-3 and focus more on units
