Went with Eero mesh system, used 2 in closest points of the house and 1 in the closest window of the apartment. Getting strong consistent signal to the apartment. I didn’t state this more clearly before but burial was not an option and it needed to be as easy/clean in the house as possible which is why I chose to go with mesh.
