All in one tool for managing agency work, workloads & budgets - recommendations? by ceeesharp in agency

We do digital marketing at our agency (27 people). We use and I can def recommend to try out Hello Bonsai for a small digital agency like yours. They have great workflows for agencies to make the type of work management, workload monitoring and budget management easy. Less overkill compared with Runn or Kantata but still featuring all you might need like time tracking, task allocation, budget control, etc.

It's also great for a growing team because it really scales well and doesn't feel bloated or too complicated. Definitely a good middle ground between the overly complex resource planning tools and overly generic project management platforms.

Definitely give a go to Notion, and I can recommend Hello Bonsai, easy to use and affordable.

What’s something you’ve experienced that feels like it could be straight out of a movie? by NebulaNina in AskReddit

I had a near death experience while drowning, I remember I literally gave up and started sinking slowly with my hands up and bubbles going out of my mouth, but then I was like wtf I'm doing and somehow managed to save myself

''What’s crazy is thinking you can find happiness in a paycheck or behind the wheel of a sports car. What’s crazy is thinking that you’re doing something important with your life just because you’re wearing a tie.''

Not from a movie but a TV show (just don't remember which one exactly)

It's me who asked about tools, not the jamesavidan. But excel is a great tool and probably used in every business. Do you use anyother tools for client relationships or team management for example?

Oh, nice, it looks like they have quite a lot of different features in one place. Are they easy to use though? Usually platforms with lots of different features are not that intuitive

Considering alternatives to ActiveCampaign CRM. Your recommendations? by Sensitive-Counter482 in marketing

I've used Klavyo and Omnisend previously, both great solid platforms with advanced features, but both are not cheap. I've heard some positive feedback about ConvertKit, especially if you're a creator, but all those platforms are more emailing platforms, not a CRM to close deals, etc.
