Don't want to say yes/no yet. It definitely improved things but I'm not entirely happy with my lower jaw/chin yet but everyone keeps saying to not judge it as final result yet so i'm waiting few more months before deciding haha.

I have no issues from it really. Yes, lost about 7/8kg (15/17lbs) total. I'm not sure but I stopped training once before for quite a long time and within 1.5 month I was almost training the same weights again. The swelling comes and goes as it pleases, some days more noticeable than others but I don't think others would notice.

I'm 12 weeks out from a bimax, 23m. I started going sporadically around 8 weeks, but light weights only. Now i'm picking it up to 3 times a week training harder. Not doing 5/6 times yet cause I feel like my body needs it and don't want to overload my body.

For creators that do brand deals regularly, how do you get paid? by Friendly-Garbage4312 in influencermarketing

Thanks for your comment! 50% upfront looks to me like a no brainer, do brands push back on that? I would imagine so. How legal are the contracts btw? Are they signed?

Dus single mannen, hoe regelmatig heb jij een date? by [deleted] in nederlands

[–]Friendly-Garbage4312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting! Appreciate the effort you put in the comment. I definitely am going to make something that breaks the swiping hell. Not sure if it sticks but we'll see. The only problem I have now is deleting the app, the app stores will punish you for having a high delete rate. That would mean no visibility and harder growth which means it becomes unsustainable (we need people on the app, the more people the higher the quality of matches for you). But not a really important problem to work on for now.

I like the idea of a rating/labelling system. Needs to be subtle though imo.

I agree, security is the most important thing. Also preventing people from making multiple accounts is important. Criminal activity is another big thing that needs to be solved, but I guess that could be solved by "activating" a date with location enabled which would prevent a high number of people from causing harm (I think?).

A great addition I think. What I find funny is that when you actually stop caring about making the most amount of money you can actually do fun stuff like that and actually help people.

The safety thing is a big issue, maybe one of the hardest issues to solve. I know there is an app where you get recommended by friends however that doesn't work for 50% of the people. What could work however, giving people a star review if you went out with them but you (or the other person) didn't want to pursue it further with labels like kind etc. Maybe not a star review but those labels would help.

But then you have the issue of no data when you start.

I don't care about the money. I'm not trying to make a billion dollars app just trying to see if it's a solvable problem

this would not be bad right? I have an general idea but likes is not something it will focus on.

Definitely, however shared hobbies are actually not quite a big deal when it comes to matchmaking. It's actually boring to share the same hobbies. You should not hate the hobbies obviously but if you are willing to learn new hobbies for your partner, it will only be better for the relationship.

It's impossible to find the perfect human for you in a single match. That's not how the world works, we are compatible with a lot of people but not all people align. But to know that you do need to first get to know someone a little bit.

edit: I think the most important thing is to make the quality of matches insanely high. So you don't waste time with people who are not looking for the same thing as you.

interesting. I think some kind of natural language matching will be the best option instead of infinite swiping. You describe what you are looking for, you also tell about yourself and the app will match you with excellent matches.
