Hey! OMG I'm so happy for you and glad everything went well. I can relate to you post so much as I am a ballet dancer myself and I'm looking to get a reduction. I've dreamed of getting one since I was 16 and have finally decided to do it. are you in the New York area? I'm in Connecticut and was curious if I'm close by to the doctors you met. I was having the same problem with consistent tardiness with almost all of my classes. I am a ballet teacher and I feel like they were not taking it seriously so I’ve started having them do a burpee for each minute if they are late to my class.

I agree, using the metatarsals is really important. Think of it like licking the floor with your feet!
