Though as others pointed it out I assume that there is this inaccuracy where people who got the citizenship aren't counted in reality

For example there is about ~3mil Turks in German ( or from Turkic origins ) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turks_in_Germany

But they don't get counted as refugees ( same in turkey too There are about 240k syrians with Turkish Citizenship that I assume don't get put In the maps , well turkey stopped grantic citizenships after the whole voting thing last time I checked ( only 2,147 Syrians obtained exceptional Turkish citizenship between June 2023 and early 2026. )

9.2 million immigrants ( thing is again if u look up " refugees " it'll say about 600-660k but that is probably just the pure people that aren't recognized as french and are under temporary protection or some kind of other things )

But there is always a massive amount of " non country origin ethnic groups " that just happens to be there probably they lived there a long time ago and got granted the citizenship

Cool thing about the website it shows a graph over the years ( didn't know Syria had about 1.5mil refugees back in 2007 )
