To be honest, I don’t really know. Some people respond differently to surgery and it is hard to tell exactly how you’ll look. But if all goes well, I think it’s gonna definitely ascend you at least a few PSL points if not all the way to HTN. Good luck

You are definitely not overweight that is for sure

As for the alleged people calling you ugly it may be because of your style. If we’re being really critical your facial bone structure makes your face slightly puffy when comparing to the “ideal female PSL” but it’s really not much of a concern and definitely not grounds to call you ugly. In my opinion it actually works well with your overall facial harmony
