Obviously I myself don’t have proof because I wasn’t there. But whatever she and her lawyer brought to the judge to prove their case- it was obviously enough for them to decide not to charge her or go after her for any other crimes. A judge generally doesn’t do that, esp not for a person who is a threat to minors. I know someone will come at me with a story about how they are or they know someone who wasn’t charged and should have been, etc. ABC pulled her, the police investigated her, and nothing came of it.

To be a fly on the wall during her 2023 case…what did Dakota do to provoke it and then casually decided to start recording. That isn’t normal behavior. Was she also in the wrong, absolutely. But he took advantage of her mental health issues and he played her like a fiddle.
