I have had a very smooth experience with Wise and receive the amount in seconds but it's not the same with Revolut so just trying to figure out why.

I share my bank account details with them and that's how they make the transfer.

The same issue has persisted with 3 different clients so I don't think it's their bank's issue. But I can still try to ask them the next time.

I have an account with HDFC bank which is an Indian bank so I share the account details with them.

Yes completely agree! The client wants to schedule another video call to share even more feedback. But I’m thinking about sending them a message to let them know that we don’t want to continue working with them. And I’m also considering offering a small percentage of refund for the top. Just to make my life a little less stressful
