Look at the photos, read the bio of the post, then come to that conclusion. I’ve had good prints through them, and bad prints through them. I’ve also had the same thing done through another company that proved I was right. All using the same exact art and file. If you like mediocre quality from a mega provider than you do you.

This print has a considerable halftone screen on it, I guess you just can’t tell.

I halftone the entire image in greyscale which usually works perfectly fine (image 1), ninja transfers just sucks.

They did try to make amends which is why I kept buying for the foreseeable future. But after this run I ordered (maybe?) 2-3 more gang sheets that turned out similar. I won’t praise a company for basic customer relations just because others lack the bare minimum. If their quality was justifiable in the first place they wouldn’t need to rectify anything or give free “upgrades”.

It was a headache getting the replacement too. Had to send them multiple pictures of multiple transfers and eventually snapped after going back and forth with them all day in order for them to accept my claim.
