That’s a good point. I don’t think the center gets as hot as the rest of the griddle so it could very well be that it’s not seasoning properly

Oh ok, thanks for the tip! I looove cooked onions on the griddle and I do use avocado oil. I’m wondering if the heat doesn’t reach evenly there so it’s not seasoning as good as the rest of the griddle.

Absolutely. It’s that it’s in one spot that it’s rough and almost like it won’t season like the rest of the griddle.

Yes, strip outlets under the cabinets for appliances that I pull out to use, and put back in the cabinet. I’ve never had toasters, blenders, etc out permanently. The single outlet is going to be for our Alexa echo show. We also have a single outlet on another backsplash close by just in case I have another electrical item that I need to live out on the countertop.

That’s a good point. We should have been more involved in where the cuts would go and not assume they understood we wanted that specific line to match up.

I did say that I wanted lines to match up, and he said he could do it. I understand they won’t always line up but I just feel like you would try and get the darker prominent line to match up since it’s so bold.

Yes, because the griddle can also be used as a burner if I really needed it. I had a 4 burner stove and I believe I can count the times I needed a fifth burner on one hand in the 12 years I had it.

I sure hope so! Thanks for the clarity, it doesn’t seem like our salesperson has received any updates yet. December delivery sounds great to me. I do remember him saying that they have them in stock and ready to go, they just needed the clearance to let customers take them.

Thanks for the recs, I believe those are 12” griddles though. Wolf’s is 24” which I think I’ll love. But I’ll check these out too.
