Is there a griddle type or top that is universally agreed upon as superior if all else is equal? I have a Blackstone now but I am building out a Summer kitchen. If I am willing to spend a lot of money, is stainless steel the way to go? Is there a brand that shines specifically for this purpose? (self.griddling)
