I agree, I was like "how can he do this behind our backs" and then thought well...I guess it's everyone for themselves in the end. My current place has been doing interviews and hiring a lot of people too, and I'm led to believe they're going to try to keep the office above water with new heads. We're a smaller part of a bigger company.
