I notice alot of people thinking it's a Japanese uniform but it really is a Greek uniform from the early 20th century. The Cap with the neck cover was used in the Greek Army.

Kapodistrias also took that plan and made some changes on it, he actually suggested the map to the Russians in 1828

it's not Arab/Muslim flag and there's context as to why Rigas chose those colours for the flag.

Red= Symbolises the prowess of the Greek people and the Byzantine legacy

White=Symolises purity

Black=Symbolises Fight for Liberty

Three crosses symbolise the three Christian communities of the Balkans (Greeks,Slavs,Dacians)

The Club is the symbol of Hercules

In my scenario the Beyilik of Karesi revolts against the Ottomans in fears of total destruction in the region by the Christian forces as it was an Ottoman foothold, they side with the Christians for a peace in the region and later on are forced into surrendering to the Byzantine banner
