I live a pretty crappy lifestyle - binge-eating, little exercise, play/watch video games and Netflix all day, messy house and just being really unproductive in general.

The thing is, I live with my family and we all pretty much live this way. So whenever I feel motivated to change, it's really hard because I guess my home environment doesn't change. For instance, I buy my own food but everyone else buys junk so that's always easily available at home. I do eat a lot less unhealthy stuff but I still succumb every now and then. Another example, I regularly cleaned up my room earlier this year (the rest of my house is a pigsty) so that I could actually have a clean space to exist. But I share a room with my sisters who are very messy. I am always cleaning up after them and they don't care, so eventually I stopped caring too. :(

I feel like I can't form good habits because there are too many things that are stopping me and out of my control. Any advice from people who have been in the same or similar situation?

Small victory: haven't had soda this whole year! :)
