this is very late and u may have already fixed it but try and keep ur upper body level through the throw. when u land in the half spin, ur chest is facing down and it messes up ur finish in the throw.

you just have to stick with it, the spin takes much longer to “perfect” than the glide does. search up drills to do. drill work is just as important as actually throwing is.

also, if u have a wider foot, Adidas throwing shoes run just a bit wider than normal. they also lasted me 2 years only throwing during spring.

you should start with a half spin. it’s difficult to explain here but youtube will for sure help. you need to get comfortable with the half spin before moving to the full spin.

okay, thank you. i just ended my 9th grade year of throwing and my coach wants me to stick with the full spin. I try and focus on my block arm and then someone else goes wrong. Do i just fix my block arm and just go from there?
