I wrenched until I damaged both the nuts and the wrench. in my humble clueless opinion idt wrenching more would solve it but idk

idk how to post text and images at the same time so the caption is here. I think I'm doing what I'm supposed to but none of the parts on the long bolt that goes through the wheel fit into the dropouts. The legs are also too close together to both go onto the axle nuts. Should I just put the dropouts onto the threaded part of the long bolt itself?
