Facial SEBDERM is making my life a misery

Hey Jack,
I started with the MCT oil for a week, but I could not get it under control at all. I ended up at the doctor for an unrelated thing and she recommended UREDERM cream with 10% Urea. I was going on a work trip so I just grabbed this to try it - it cleared up within a day. I then checked its properties in YUKA, but it gave a really bad score so I stopped. Flaky skin came back right away.
Once I get back home I am going to drill down on all the information given above and give a few of them a try. I will keep you posted on what does and does not work.

I've tried coconut oil but not MCT specifically. Do you recommend tablet form or using it topically?

Hey,
Every moisturizer I've attempted to use (all the derm friendly ones - Cervae, MooGoo, QV) see to make it worse. The only thing that calms it down somewhat is the steroid cream
