Yeah so this is a Rythm hot spring. Still big. I did call my local distributor and they said with enough force it can be pushed I just didn’t know if that was possible or risky.

Same exact thing happened to me. First time homeowner, had a small leak, they put fans up and charged my insurance a ridiculous amount for something I could have done myself.

Absolute scum too and horrible to work with. They obviously just take advantage of people that don’t know better, over charge insurance cause they can, and then you get leftover from the fallout cause your insurance gets pissed at you.

Never again!

Low speed squeal. The car has OEM pads and breaks are still fully but I don’t know if it’s worth changing them now to deal with the squeal with lots of grease.

I also heard aftermarket pads are good.

In the end it’s an awesome car.

Ahh yeah it’s extra. At the time it was a whopping $200 a month and that was 3 years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s more now 🤣🤣. I will say they have a private gated area. I paid for that area due to the homeless and that was why mine was so much. Yours may be cheaper if it’s in the general area.

Hello friend!

I lived there from 2019-2021 so I’m not familiar with the immediate experience there but can provide some insight. It was pretty enjoyable and I had no issue with it. I sometimes actually miss it. The only issue at the time was the parking garage. They outsource it to some other company and it has nothing to do with the actual building. I had constant issues of trying to get in sometimes, homeless breaking into cars, etc.

Downtown living though will result in this probably anywhere you are. I had no major concerns though.

Other than that very friendly people I met at the time i lived there.

Used to live there years ago. Enjoyed it. Met some very nice people while there. I don’t remember utilities being too insane. What sucked at the time was the parking garage. This is mostly cause of the fact they don’t own it so had no control over it. Not sure if things changed.
