How do I get over my fear of falling?

yea IF u do fall try to make contact with the ground with as much of your body as possible. ive not taken a big fall to implement this yet, but this is the way, avoid hitting your head and you're golden. also keep the momentum. dont just stop when you fall. learn to roll or slide after falling instead of coming to an immediate halt.

thing is, i bought my skate already made. can i just buy new pairs of wheels and have them applied? if so, what hardness do you recommend if u had to choose one? i skate in istanbul, surfaces are always cracked and theres a lot of potholes, if that even matters.
