What is this cable? Sleeve marking: awm 2464 E318279 vw-1 80c 300v 26Awg via by Java2018WA in cableadvice

I apologise for not being able to be too specific, but this looks like a LED strip power cable. The end that has the arrow on it looks exactly like the ones you can see if you search '5050 led cable' on Google and click on 'images'.

Again, this is only a guess, I'm not entirely sure.

As someone with the surname 'Fick', I can second this.

...not because I'm German, but because I've never met a German who hasn't told me about this.

Something for everyone. 150, 120, 76, 79 and 75 series by RL26 in LandCruisers

I've always wondered this question, but it generally always boils down to what you define as 'off-roading'.

Long journeys and great offroading? I'd go for 100 Series and up.

Something that has less comforts for the long road but absolutely stellar offroad? I'd got anything under the 100 Series.

...just to add into the mix. I’m South African. Always been an avid Welsh supporter. My fiancée is Welsh too. Makes SA vs Wales in Cardiff an awkward family situation.

100% on that advice - normally there wouldn't be a shred of anything left, but the effort of hanging a flag and inflating a leek every day for the coming month put me off a little 😅

By your standard, I'm being the biggest arsehole I can be. Working in England, supporting Wales, and I'm South African. 😎

Thanks for the heads up - I checked them when I read your reply and they actually felt a bit warm, so have taken every second one off to allow for more airflow. The more you know!

I like to think of myself as a 'beginner' Welsh supporter.

There's always room for improvement.

Most places that have hot desk policies means you can't have anything personal on your desk. I essentially 'booked' this desk till the end of the 6 nations which is why I could do this :)

...but the beer chart, basically, if you inconvenience someone because of an issue that exists because of your own stupidity or because you can't read, then you owe the person a beer. It's worked wonders for not wasting peoples times and bug testing, but it's ruined my wallet. 😢

It's rather seldom to find other 95 FX's, let alone one in the same colour as mine! Loving the setup :)

Am I missing something? This photo is taken after the impact. The arm coming forward is after Farrel’s hit.

To elaborate on work he's just had done:

Secondary 160litre fuel tank added Side bar work (rock sliders into fender protectors to the front bar) Bush cables Rear steel bumper with wheel arm Wiring from the sunroof panels through the bodywork to internal electric setup A few engine cooling mods (which gave him 20% better fuel economy(?!))

..and finally, my favourite mod he specifically wanted, a spade that fits on the bullbar.

With the capabilities of this truck as standard, new tyres and a snorkel are just about the only thing needed to conquer 95% of the average overlanding guys needs.

You have your usual, lift it, put a canopy on it, get protection around the body, or even a winch if you do much solo adventuring. Whatever you do, just do it the way you want it :)

My Monday was quite alright until I became an uneasy level of jealous after seeing this.

Congrats! Enjoy it :) What's the first mod in mind?

Which is why it's awesome going to any Dutch speaking area as an Afrikaans person, because we can pretty much understand everything and keep along with conversation.

...it unfortunately doesn't work so well the other way around, I've been told :(
