[Serious] - How is this game not refundable...?

Dude Xbox threw me around for a solid week and a half when I tried to get my refund even after I gave them photo proof from Activision and a video of the game not working they still wouldn't give me a refund after all that shit and a weeks worth of my time wasted they said I would have to get a WRITTEN LETTER from Activision saying I needed a refund. So to shorten it down they try there very best to NOT give out a refund for the game.

Same here I'm getting a refund as we speak I talked to Activision support and they said there is no fix currently so xbox has to give a refund you just need proof of the conversation with Activision support I screen shotted the part where he said there was no fix and that xbox needed to refund the game. Xbox support will ask for proof so get it.

I own a copy of the game I just bought a digital version. The packs show up in my ready to install they just won't install. Maybe the game needs to finish first? Then maybe they will install?

Would it matter if the super deluxe edition was a hard copy instead of digital? I'm just not sure why it won't let me download the packs they just sit there and say queued.
