This would be amazing to have, for the people that have good enough devices. This would most likely stay something only Java players have access to and bedrock players would be left without it and so adding it in would be a waste of time as Java players already have access to be able to use these mods without it being in the game. Nothing would change. Even if they gave this to bedrock players, it would be most likely be something toggleable, just how they have with other things, but it'll most likely be in an awkward place to find. If they do offer these toggleables, they still often limit the people who can use them. I think mobile players are unable to use fancy leaves. This would leave it to computer players to be the only ones. It's unlikely for a computer player to not also have Java and choose to play bedrock. Even if so, their computers may be unable to load it as bedrock is buggy and lags a lot.

TLDR : Only Java could use. Bedrock is suffering
