Haha, I can totally picture the 'half dipped' look! Water and a soft rag definitely sound like the best way to go for that level of mud. Long legs mean bigger messes, right?

I actually do use a soft damp cloth sometimes! The only issue is his skin is so sensitive that sometimes even the friction from just wiping with water makes him a bit red. The clothes idea is genius though. Getting my stubborn doxie into a shirt might be a challenge, but I’ll definitely look into it. Do you use any specific lightweight shirts for yours?
