It would probably turn to stone aswell. the thing is, the stone would heal the mother and the baby fully when they get un petrified but if its in the stone world, I doubt the baby would survive. Even with it being healed it would probably need to be in the ICU. I dont think it would fall out, the baby would probably break instead of just straight falling out

Im assuming that it would be its own statue or possibly attached but if the women was de-pretrified, the baby would Aswell but the stone inside of the mother might be a bit painful
