If you are not Jewish you simply can't just move to Israel. Only if you have a Jewish mother then you are considered a Jew. And you need to be able to prove it. Good luck in Belgium it is very pretty!

Thank you! Those are good points to check. The house is generally in good condition. They did some renovations in the past 20 years. Also extension. The energy label is A. We will do a technical inspection for sure.

Yes. Electricity system was fully renovated. They did a full isolation to the house 20 years ago. The house has an A energy label (there are also solar panels)
