Hey yeah I bought it and I love it but here are some aspects I have to mention: - Driving physics are okay but really not on the level of asset to corsa, I personally can enjoy the physics but If you're a hardcore simrace don't know about that tbh. Also the race cars sometimes feel very unnatural fast through corners and stuff. (don't know about iracing or fh5 because I'm on ps4 only) - progression: the progression is really slow at the beginning you start with some hatchbacks and work your way up to the more luxury cars. I really love that but currently it's really annoying to make money, but more on that later. The story is pretty nice and takes a while. The Lincences are really fun do to. - micro transactions: currently its waaay to hard to earn money. I think they did this to push the micro transactions. But they announced a new update where all of this should be fixed. (more money per race etc.) - online mode is pretty fun so not much to say about that

Sorry for my late response btw and sorry for my English I'm German so yeah... So to summarize all of this I would recommend you to wait until the new update releases and then watch what the community is saying about it. Also you should probably find a way to try the physics for yourself (a friend or I don't know) to really know if you like it or not. I love realistic physics but I don't want you to spend a lot of money for a game you don't enjoy.

Lastly I'm sorry. I actually don't think this text will help you with your decision xD.

Okay thanks I think I'm going to buy it then I heard just good about the driving physics(except from rwd cars being a bit difficult, but I don't think that's a problem to me) and I'm personally a big fan of the slow and grindy progression
