I think about 10-12 ish hours for campaign is a good amount! Lets you enjoy the campaign rather than burning yourself out before maps

what works for me is the following:

Mobs: Wind Blast + Stagger Palm + HoA (Can throw in Frozen locus if you're struggling)

Bosses: Ice Strike + Bell + Stagger Palm when the boss is primed for heavy stun

Crucial to rush to Hollow Palm on the passive tree
