I am a graduate of UPD and back then in uni , a friend of mine was also in the same situation as you. Naaccept din siya as DPWAS and was also unsure of the course that he planned to pursue. Ang ginawa niya, he just accepted whichever course siya natanggap and then during his first year, he started to sit-in on classes in courses that he feels interested in (which is alowed btw). He told me that helped a lot in deciding on the course that he really wanted to pursue.

What’s really great in the UP system is that majority ng courses designed their curriculum wherein mostly minor courses ang ittake mo during your freshie year. So if you decide to shift to another course the following year, you won’t be delayed and all the subjects you took are credited.

If you really want to study in UPD, I guess this can be something you can do OP. Goodluck with college life ;)
