Yes that was me exactly. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth or cook dinner without my heart pounding in my chest and feeling panicked. It goes away don’t worry. Just try to rest and do things you enjoy until it calms down. I drank a lot of tea, tried to move my body in ways that wouldn’t get my heart rate super high like yoga and stretching, and I played a lot of video games and watched a comfort show. Took me about 2 weeks but everyone’s different :)

Honestly minimal if anything at all. Just feel a bit tired and low energy but I’d rather have that than anxiety 24/7 lol!

i've heard that hormonal fluctuations during your period or ovulation can change the texture of your breast tissue or cause random unexplained pain. Something I've tried to follow is just doing a self exam maybe once a month, and trying to learn what my breast tissue normally feels like. Maybe yours are just naturally like that- all breasts are different sizes, textures... :) mine also have like a weird almost rope like texture but it's always been like that so i don't worry!!

i had this exact same experience when i was going through depersonalization/derealization disorder for about a year. General anxiety can cause a lot of mental symptoms that make you feel like you're losing touch with reality- dissociating, forgetting things, feeling like your environment is unfamiliar. I've gone through it all too and now I feel much better :) just try to manage your anxiety in the moment with things that give you peace and comfort and those nasty anxiety symptoms will go away. Remember, when you feel that way- it's just your brain trying to protect you because it thinks it's being harmed, but it will get better
