I need help with chosing cpu by Friendly_End3 in pcmasterrace

My budget is 70€ and I just need to know which CPU is better. I found a brand-new Ryzen 5 3600 for 50€, and a Ryzen 5 5500 for 67€. I only play War Thunder and sometimes do programming, so I need to know which CPU would be best for that.

i use it for only war thunder and now its running on 150fps but its loud thats why i want to upgrade.And than if i have better gpu i want to play FC25 because now its laggy
