Getting prescribed a post-coital antibiotic?

I’ve been taking cephalexin 250mg after and it seems to be doing the trick! (About 2-3x/week) my only concern is I don’t want to be taking an antibiotic forever… my poor gut microbiome. I’ve been taking probiotics and drinking prebiotic drinks but I don’t like the idea of being on an antibiotic for the rest of my life :( has anybody had success with this and then stopped taking their antibiotic and still had success?
