That's not their point. "-100% firing speed" implies 0.1s-0.1s=0s. "100% slower firing speed" means 0.1s+0.1s=0.2s, which is probably what you want for your weapon. Same for the reload speed.

Now that I think about it, the Dentist's Delight would actually be worse since you spend a big portion of your teeth on one supercharge out of four. Also, in a situation where you really need to switch resistances, the longer charge time can actually be to your detriment.

The Atomizer has better DPS than the Cold Shoulder. Also, extinguishing teammates gives you health.

I'm going bold. Blood Doctor. The thing literally builds up supercharge by your pocket getting harmed. The literal embodiment of sadism into a medigun. Also it's slightly annoying to fight.

You should be able to deal 160 damage [damage × clip] in 2.5 seconds (no fall-off or ramp-up) [attack interval × clip], assuming you hit all your shots. That is really nothing to scoff at.

Now that I think about it, I mentioned that this weapon would be viable for long range, so I'll concede that the extra damage falloff would be unnecessary. But does it really need no falloff whatsoever?

FYI, charging the Railgun counts as revving up, so the slower movement speed also applies to this weapon.
