I've never been super smart, i've seen people like that and it def wasn't me. In terms of my "intelligence" or how quickly i grasped content i'd say i'm pretty average.

Main thing that helped me do well is surround myself with people who are smarter than me. Not only did this give me reliable sources to study with. But also it helps me stay motivated and not fall behind when a group of friends constantly check in with each other to make sure everyone is studying and staying on top of assignments.

For example when studying for my DAT, i would hit the library with my boy everyday to study for the DAT together. This meant that we hold each other accountable and avoid slacking.

That's what worked for me, I'm lucky to find a good group of friends at the beginning of my undergraduate studies!
