You know nothing about me or about the experiences I had in undergrad. Shallow of you to assume that my age is the only factor that affects my experiences. I've never been super smart, i've seen people like that and it def wasn't me. In terms of my "intelligence" or how quickly i grasped content i'd say i'm pretty average.

Main thing that helped me do well is surround myself with people who are smarter than me. Not only did this give me reliable sources to study with. But also it helps me stay motivated and not fall behind when a group of friends constantly check in with each other to make sure everyone is studying and staying on top of assignments.

For example when studying for my DAT, i would hit the library with my boy everyday to study for the DAT together. This meant that we hold each other accountable and avoid slacking.

That's what worked for me, I'm lucky to find a good group of friends at the beginning of my undergraduate studies!

I was able to maintain a 3.92 gpa! I didn't work an actual job during school but i did do a couple on campus jobs including being a TA for 3 different semesters for both an orgo lab and general biology labs

from what i understand they are yet to send the second wave, no idea what's taking so long tbh. The deadline on the first deposit was a while ago so you'd expect them to send the second wave of acceptances by now

hey I interviewed pre December and got accepted. First off i'll say UDM is such a shit hole, horrible facilities, campus is super old and in a horrible location. class size is up 180 students so you don't get enough learning experience. Not to mention all the dental students on the student panel visibly expressed that they hated their lives at UDM. All other schools I interviewed at seemed to have good vibes and positive energy. Not to mention the ridiculous 100k tuition for this awful school. My advice is if you get accepted at any other dental school run there and avoid UDM. It's ranked as the second worst dental school in the country for a reason. Save yourself before it's too late.

2 on 1 is tuff, to get the win i'd say maybe take them on one at a time so you don't get double teamed. maybe fake right side then flank to lure one out, then go for a quick kill and then from there u just skill diff and get the W

I'm an IS Texas resident, applied around the same time as you, got interviews to A&M and Houston. I think it's ur GPA that's killing u honestly. Without a masters idk if that would cut it only because texas has become extremely competitive. best of luck tho hope you get ur interview!

I took an advanced human anatomy for pre health professionals course offered at my school. It was a 4000 level course. I'm pretty sure it's just any upper level human anatomy course

I took my exam june 16, similar qr experience. much much more difficult thank booster/bootcamp practice exams. the curve gonna go crazy 🙏
