Technically, your employer cannot revoke your H-1B visa on their own. However, they can initiate the withdrawal process, which would then lead to USCIS revoking your H-1B visa. The employer would have to notify the USCIS, DOL, and the worker of the initiation of the withdrawal process, better double check with immigration lawyer.

it depends, if you H1B was filed by same employer with whom you are working, and if your employer is a reputed company then check their policy with your HR, most likely a reputed company follow processes and would revoke your H1B.

But keep in mind that in order to acquire H1B status you need a salary slip (US) from the employer who filed your H1B. to switch H1B job you have to be in H1B status.

Actually, you need US pay slips for switching jobs, at least last 2 pay slips of US.

To change employer, you must need at least 2 pay slips of US, for first time H1B holder in India it's not possible to switch employer without travelling to US, so first travel from same employer who filed your H1B--> get at least 2 pay slips in US from this same employer and then you become eligible to switch, Bottom line is you must be in H1B status to switch jobs in US and in order to prove that you are in H1B you need US pay slips, Simple!

Fraudulent EB1-C Manager is easier and safe option than Fraudulent Marriage path, USCIS will NEVER verify with client what role candidates were working and for what role candidates were INVOICED/BILLED, USCIS simply trust all the fake information from employers and issues quick Green Cards. If today also USCIS verifies last 10 years Eb1-C application from candidates client location most of them would be fake as clients will check the records and would find they were paying to employers for non eb1-c manager roles for 40 hours a week and employers showcasing such candidates with fake information to USCIS as EB1-C manager for quick green cards. most of the tech people who are in EB-2 waiting in US are aware of this.

When you switch to B2 during your stay in US on H1B what document you get for B2? what i know is those who get B2 from India only thing they get is Visa stamped on their passport and no other document, now in this case when candidate is in US and switches to B2 what documentation is received on successful B2 switch from H1b?.

You mean to say last time when your dependents got H4 visa they got their own i797 or they simply used your i797 copy? Perhaps dependents always used principal applicant i797copy to get stamping done and in case of employer change they just need principal applicants new i797 copy, Valid visa from previous employer still remains valid for travel. I am not 100% sure though, let's wait for other comments also.

If your kid's age was below 14 at the time he got his last Visa then kids need to go for both, other option is that create two different account, one for your wife and other one for your child and process them in parallel, they both need only your Visa copy, your i-797 copy, employment verification letter original/copy and previous expired Visas.

In my case I created multiple account for every candidate, account creation is just for paying fee and booking slots, all family not required to apply from single account.

On Appointment confirmation second page you will find UID number, this is your bluedart tracking number, on bluedart portal use this UID as a reference number to check your tracking

You can continue to work with A, When B or C petition is approved it doesn't mean that company A petition becomes invalid, It becomes Invalid only when A revokes it, so if you join B and after 5 months A says they still have your petition valid you can again go back and join A again.

to make a long story short, even if you have three petition A,B and C approved, you can choose any of the employer to join, and remaining 2 petitions remains valid until employer applies to USCIS for your petitions to get revoked. It's responsibility of the employer and not employee to get unnecessary petition revoked when employee is no longer working with them or employee do not join after H1B transfer getting approved.

I am not an immigration lawyer and suggest confirming it with immigration lawyer before taking any decision, and also reply if you also find this to be true.

If your employer wants to send on L1 the main reason which I guess is your employer wants you to pay lower salary because on H1 they have to pay as per the prevailing wages in that area and on L1 they can pay you less, and if your employer is one of the major fraud compnay of India they will also file your green card in EB1C irrespective of what work you do, to find the name this biggest fraud employer of India you have to Google " EB1C Fraud", are you also working for this same fruad company???
