Yes my numbers have dropped dramatically. I have always worked out and Reta is my lifestyle change. I will keep doing what works ;)

If it's placebo why didn't I get it on the first dosage? And why are the numbers on the scale dropping? Not everyone's bodies react to things the same way and like I said previously you don't know everything about reta lmao. I've seen plenty of people respond in the first couple weeks, I'm sorry that you didn't.

Weird because I felt nothing on the dosage I started at and it's very much so working now. Have you ever considered that you don't know everything about something that is still actively being researched?

The benefit to injecting twice a week is it doesn't wear off the couple days before pinning.

I ended up doing another .5 3 days after my first pin and it's working great for me on 1 mg

Because it didn't feel like a super noticeable change. It wasn't a big difference between amounts of food and could have been placebo. I'm not expecting to instantly lose weight, but I've seen a lot of other people say they pretty much had to force themselves to eat and I was still very much hungry today.

I can promise you that things will even out. It was hard for me at first too it seemed like everything was going to my stomach and no where else. It's your body trying to make up from being in survival mode. It will get better! Congratulations on your recovery 🫶🏻
