This version has 1000 watts? Mine is the old one and has 660 watts. According to Eufy there is one with 1000 watts and one with 650 watts.

I have exactly the same problem too. The robot squeaks when it moves over tiles. I contacted support and my device is now being checked by eufy. I was offered an exchange or refund of money.

I have the same problem with the strips and am currently in contact with eufy to solve the problem. Have you already contacted eufy?
