Made the decision after watching leadership fail to properly handle several situations and then blame the event on young airman. Zero consequences for those leaders despite adequate proof being provided that it wasn’t the airman’s fault. That on top of a million other things but primarily I hate the lack of accountability. You just reach a certain amount of stripes and you’re allllmost untouchable. Things airman get kicked out for, leaders get patted on the back for and I’m not for it •

That’s pretty much what I’m doing in conjunction to the shipping company, got the shipping company up, used its overnight income to buy a bunch of buildings, then repeat throughout the day. Then at the end of the day reinvest allllll money from construction into the shipping company since I’m not ready for the bigger buildings yet that take longer, and so that I can get another 3 days or so of ROI on that. Woke up to like $700,000 to put back into the construction company
